JANUARY 19, 2006
2008 ALL CLASS REUNION STEERING COMMITTEE

The meeting was called to order on January 19, 2006 @ 7:08 p.m. by Co-President Gene Spaulding.

Good of the Group was announced as:
Albert Frederick Sonderman Class of 1937 passed on October 30, 2005
Kent Landis Class of 1972 passed on November 3, 2005 of cancer
Stanley Owen Youngs age 56 passed on November 24, 2005
Francis “Frank” Owen Gladfelder Class of 1948 passed on November 26, 2005
Richard Chapman Class of 1968 passed on November 26, 2005 of cancer
Ledger Lester Bryan instructor at KSD from 1951 to 1971 passed in December at 99 years of age
Verne LeRoy Foraker Class of 1936 passed on December 12, 2005 of Alzheimer/Dementia
Olga Keller Class of 1923 passed 2 days shy of her 102 b-day on January 1, 2006
Gene Schuster, Class of 1957 passed on January 13, 2006
Mildred Borgen-Matheson Class of 1936

And Jerry Baker Class of 1971 recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, resides in Tyler, Texas given a brief time to live and a greeting card was passed around for those to sign.

Secretary Debra Blum read the minutes from the November 17, 2005 meeting. Joyce Long-Kenney Class of 71 made the motion to accept the minutes as read, while Dave Drollinger Class of 1969 second the motion. The minutes were approved as read.

Financial Report was presented by Kathy Kersey for Treasurer Marlayne Kufahl. Dottie Aman, Class of 1949 made the motion to accept the Treasures Report and Glenna Russert Class of 1947 second the motion. The Treasurer’s report was approved as presented.

Reports -
Gene Spaulding showed the revised Logos presented by Roger Felton. Please vote and/or make further suggestions on the Logos provided.

Old Business – Continuation of the first reading and discussion of the By-Laws.

The next three meeting nights will be February 16, March 16, and April 20, 2006 at the Masonic Temple.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:59 p.m. by Gene Spaulding.
