KHS 2008 All Class Reunion
~General Meeting~
Called to order at 7:04 by President Joe Byrne. Officers present included Bill McCollom, Eva Hubbard, Angie Hall and Lynn Gillespie.

None
Good of the Group:
A letter was read by Angie Hall that she had received from a fellow Lion. The letter was very heart warming. William Shook wrote from Iraq and asked if there was anything he could do for the Reunion since he would be able to make it. He wanted to donate somehow. What a great American and Lion this person is!
The Bike & Car show in Benton City was attended by Joe, Bill, Kathy, Joyce and Charlene. Thank you all for going!
Lynn Gillespie read the minutes of the last meeting. Approved as read with some minor changes.
Meeting Changes: We are going to meet every other Thursday of the month until the reunion is over. New dates May 15th, May 29th, June 12th.
*Motion made to pay $300.00 for the new posters. Motion passed.
*Motion made to allot the PR committee the $1,500.00 needed for advertising. Motion passed-one opposed. These funds were donated to us from the City of Kennewick. Kathi Kersey is the POC for this information.
*Motion made to allocate the money needed for the postcards. Motion passed. The postcards cost $2,763.48 for 8500 of them. They will be mailed out soon.
Please make sure the tickets are filled out legibly, they also need to have the maiden names fill out on them please. We have no way of finding people without their maiden names. Thank you!
Pictures will be available AFTER the Reunion for sale on the web-site. A low resolution picture will be able to be seen on the web-site. www.kennewickhigh.org
We will be getting back $450.00 from the Fairgrounds. This is to reimburse us for the 30 yard garbage container.

Entertainment Committee Report: No changes.
Events
Saturday the 3rd will be the Fever football raffle. Angie Hall is the POC for this.
Memorabilia:
Cafépress has lots of memorabilia for sale. Go to the web-site and take a look.
Volunteer help:
Debbie Stevens is the coordinator. Her number is # 396-4608, # 586-2243. Please call her if you would like to volunteer or if you need volunteer help.
Camping questions contact Gene Spaulding.

*Be sure to check the PICTURE schedule on the web-site, some changes have been made.
* You can have a packet of tickets assigned to you. Sell, Sell, Sell!!!! Eva Hubbard has this list.
New Business:
Charlene Ferrians-McCormick has volunteered to be in charge of the Opening Ceremonies. One idea is: we pick up the Eldest Alumni and escort them to the Reunion via a limousine. A list has been started to include about 8-10 names of the Emeritus. We discussed a Veterans display to be included at the opening ceremony.
