KHS 2008 All Class Reunion
– General Meeting –
December 14, 2006
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Joe Byrne, President. There were a total of 15 members present. Officers present included Lynn Gillespie, Bill McCollom, Eva Hubbard, and Dee Yeager.
Dee Yeager read For the Good of the Group and the Minutes for November meeting. Minutes accepted without amendment. Eva Hubbard gave the Treasurer’s Report; accepted as read.
Eva Hubbard gave the Budget Report; there have been no changes to the budget.
Joyce Kenney gave the Public Relations report. She will be meeting with the various media outlets in January. Joyce has also drafted some form letters to go out to various businesses.
Dave Drollinger gave the Memorabilia report. No vendor has been decided on. Anji Pickard showed her shirts from past All Class Reunions.
Dee Yeager gave the website report. Joe Byrne stated the logo needs to be on the homepage.
Proposed changes to By-Laws discussed; tabled until January meeting.
The next meeting will be January 18, 2007, 7:00 P.M. at Westgate Elementary.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M
