Joe reported we won’t know the full cost of the Fairgrounds until the fall of 2007.

Dee Yeager stated there was some confusion regarding dates of the All Class Reunion – is it to be 3 full days at the Fairgrounds or just Saturday? The consensus of the group is to pattern the 2008 All Class Reunion after the 2004 All Class Reunion.

It was mentioned by various members Gene Spaulding may not return. Joe Byrne will take over the job of contacting the Fairground Commissioners.

The KHS ACR post office box will be put in all the names of the elected officers. Lynn Gillespie stated Gene Spaulding is not an officer, and since he may not attend any more meetings, his name needs to be removed. Joe Byrne will talk to the Postmaster to see how we accomplish this.

Antique Road Show was discussed. The consensus is to cancel until we are better prepared. No vote taken. Joe will speak with Gene Spaulding since it was originally scheduled to be held at the Masonic Temple.

Joe said he had talked to Joel Cline regarding selling reunion tickets from KHS website. Marlayne Kufahl gave information on the cost of accepting credit cards online. After discussion it was decided to table this idea until after the first of next year.

Marlayne Kufahl reported a Registration Committee has been formed.

Memorabilia Committee formed to include Dave Drollinger, Dolores Conrad, Ruth Locati and Linda Durfee. Members will check on local companies for T-shirts and other memorabilia. Lynn Gillespie said he will check with Classic Monograms as to whether they have the ability to do our logo in stitching.

Nancy Miller made a motion to allow Marlayne Kufahl buy stamps and envelopes. Seconded by Glenna Russert - passed.

Joe Byrne reported Harold Parker has resigned his position as 1st Vice President. Motion made by Ruth Locati to move Lynn Gillespie from 2nd VP to 1st VP, Seconded by Glenna Russert – passed. Lynn Gillespie made a motion to move Dee Yeager to Secretary and Ruth Locati Secretary Pro Tem. Seconded by Bill McCollom – passed. Dave Drollinger made a motion to unpassword protect Class Roster on KHS Website, seconded and passed

Marleen Hazen asked if POCs had the right to give classmates their user names and passwords. Dee Yeager stated that was the preferred method but some POCs are not responding to the requests. Nancy Miller stated she will begin a calling campaign to see which POCs will continue acting as POCs. Joe Byrne said those wishing to leave should find replacement. Joe also stated he will now be POC for 1976.

Bill McCollom requested the ACR Committee reimburse Debra Blum for reasonable expenses she may have incurred as Secretary, provided she produces receipts. Lynn so moved, Eva Hubbard seconded. Joe Byrne agreed to be the one to speak with Debra about her expenses, receipts and obtaining property belonging to ACR – passed. Amount of money to be paid to Debra will be voted on next month provided she produces receipts.

Lynn Gillespie made a motion to move December’s meeting date from the 21st to the 14th. Seconded and passed.

The next meeting will be November 16, 2008.
